Large Group Training 

Train with Coach Jas 3 times a week in a large group setting! These small groups are no more than 12 women at a time.

These sessions are held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 6PM (For Now)

Sessions are 1 hour long. 


Monday - Total Body Sweat (Fullbody Workout)
Tuesday - Bottom Buns Only (Ultimate Glute & Leg Workout)
Thursday - Flat & Stacked (Cardio, Core & Resistance Training)

Class is 1 hour long!
